Andreas Ehre leads the "Business Development, Sales and Project Management" department at CETECOM ICT Services GmbH in Saarbruecken/Germany. After Andreas Ehre joined CETECOM ICT Services GmbH in October 1999 he was responsible for establishing testing infrastructures for transmission systems – especially for investigating the interoperability of access network systems. After further projects in the development of test services in the field of protocols, satellite radio and RFID he stepped 2005 into the development of the first test bench for ePassport Conformity Testing acc. to the BSI TR-3105, part 2 which was later adopted with minor changes by ISO and ICAO to form the "RF Protocol and Application Test Standard for E-Passports". CETECOM ICT Services supports her customers in making their products ready for the various market places all over the world. In the „ePassport-Laboratory“ CETECOM performs ePassport testing according to the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and the German Federal Office for IT Security (BSI).
